Mini tool bar missing some features

My latest version of PlatformIO mini tool bar at the bottom of the screen has changed.
There use to be an icon looked like a "list"symbol that invoked a pull down window with upload options.
The Upload and set fuses is missing.

While searching for the solution, I noticed screen shots of PlatformIO and each had different mini tool bars.
Why is this?
