Issues with Installing PlatformIO

I am trying to install PlatformIO so that I can re-flash the firmware on my Ender 3 Pro. However, I am having a heck of a time with it. The homepage will not load, and it just times out. I completely uninstalled and re-installed VSCode and Python to the newest versions (Python 3.9.1 specifically), but it made no difference. Attached is the developer errors that I am receiving. I have had similar problem with the PlatformIO community extension. The solution was to install the “Shell Commands” (I did it via the PlatformIO IDE for Atom, Menu>Install Platform Commands). I don’t know if it solve the problem with the ‘official’ PlatformIO IDE extension on VScode, but try it.

Home page not loading

Thanks for the feedback , I still have a problem in VSCode , any time that i open it, i will see the following. i could see the package installed before and after restart, always this: [image] any suggestion? Thanks.

If that does not work, please try the latest Python 3.8 flavor, not the very newest.
