Where is menu for "Walkthroughs"

Hello, my PIO recently updated to v3.0.0 and I would like to see the walkthroughs that are included. I do not see a menu “help->Get Started”. How can I access them?

Ctrl+Shift+P → Open Walkthrough-> PlatformIO

or, Menu: Help > Welcome > Walkthroughs > More....
