On Windows 10, after programming a Wemos-S2-Mini a few times, the USB port on the PC no longer sees the ESP device. Only solution is to reboot the PC and then I can program the ESP a few more times before this happens again. There was a discussion of this here, but no solution. Restarting VSC does not help, only a full reboot of the PC.
