Wemos D1 mini uploads with Arduino IDE but not with PlatformIO

I try to upload a minimal code example, so just empty void setup() and void loop().

The correct COM5 port is recognized. Also my Arduino IDE is closed, so it does not block anything.

Any idea how to fix this?

Is this the right port? What does it use in the Arduino IDE?

Which board is selected under Tools->Board?

This is still atcual.

THe right board and the tight COM port are specified.
