Update to the latest version v2.0.0 from GitHub

Hello.
I am using PlatformIO and Arduino framework. Current ESP32 Arduino Release 1.0.6 based on ESP-IDF v3.3.5
Can you please tell me how can I update to the latest version v2.0.0 Add support for ESP32S2 and update ESP-IDF to 4.4 that is on the github?

Is there an instruction on how to independently create a package from a project on a github and install it in a PlatformIO?

Have you tried this as it was already discussed in Esp32-S2 support · Issue #432 · platformio/platform-espressif32 · GitHub? You should probably change the link to just https://github.com/espressif/arduino-esp32.git though.
