Update Homebrew Formula to 3.5

Hi there!

It seems like the hombrew formula is still at 3.4.1.

I don’t know if this is something that must be done by the community or if you maintain the PR yourself.

I’ve never done bottled formula, but if you let me know how to do that, I can take care of it if you want.

PlatformIO Core 3.5 has not been released yet.

We use PIO Core 3.5 development version in IDE because it depends on a new upcoming feature named PIO Home.
