I tried uploading a code on ESP8266 module and when I press the upload button, it shows that the upload has started but it does not go any further from that message line. I then tried doing it on a colleague’s laptop that had platform io for quite sometime now and it got uploaded implying that there no problem with the code but then again I tried it from another colleague’s laptop who installed Platform IO on the same time as me, and it did not get uploaded.
Kindly help me resolve this issue.

What IDE? What OS? How is your platformio.ini configured?
For the third colleagues laptop, did it exhibit the same the behaviour or different again?
Can you provide a screenshot / copy of the output when it seems to freeze?
