The "Serial Monitor" panel is outside the physical screen

Gents,
if i toggle “Advanced Settings” on the “Platfomio: Serial Monitor”, the panel extends, but the bottom of the panel is outside the actual screen.
See attached screenshot.

and what is even more annoying is that i can’t move this extended panel up at all.
I suspect this is not necessary a PIO problem.

OS - Fedora 25, latest PIO
