Stop PlatformIO taking over Atom

Hi,

I use Atom for other sorts of software projects and don’t like how PlatformIO “takes over” my Atom and bloats the (what was once) clean IDE.

Every single time I have to disable the PlatformIO plugins in Atom to revert it to how I am used to it looking.

Can there be an option to “open a new window with PlatformIO” instead of completely taking over the IDE by default?

I concur. PlatformIO just takes over Atom. I would like a way to disable it even if it remains bloated. The options are really confusing when you are trying to use it for python or something else.
