Select esp8266 2.3 sdk

Hi,

I need to build a project using arduino with esp8266 2.3 sdk instead the latest available.

I can’t found on documentation how to configure platformio.ini to do so.

so I should use github with sha? I can’t figure out the correct sha for 2.3

PlatformIO IDE > PIO Home > Platforms > Installed > Espressif 8266 > Changelog. Please find a proper version before 2.4.
