I noticed that the official board package for “Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32C6” does not support Arduino. According to Add new board Seeed Studio Xiao ESP32-C6 I need to hack the definition and grab the git Arduino platform_packages in order to use Arduino to program this board. Is this still the case?
Also, Seeed have recently released the ESP32C5 version of this board that supports 5GHz WiFi but with very similar hardware specs to C6. Does anybody have some idea if support for this board is on the radar?
