RP2035 support for Pico 2 W

I have just bought the Pico 2 W but it uses the RP2035 board. Does anyone know if this is software compatible with the RP2040 board? Is there anything extra I need to do so I can use the board? Thanks for your help (and yes I am completely new to all this!!)

By the way, does anyone know when the Pico W is likely to be supported on the platform?

I’m still working out the kinks for supporting it, so I wouldn’t recommend using it just yet, but it’s a work in progress. Enable Win32 Long Paths and Git long paths: docs. Create a new project for an Arduino Uno, Framework = Arduino Overwrite the platformio.ini with [env:rpipico2] platform = https://github.com/maxgerhardt/platform-raspberrypi.git#rp2350_picosdk board = rpipico2 framework = arduino

No updates at all. The third party platform is still actively developed though, so people should have no problems using the Pico 2 W through that.
