Please could you delete this duplicate accidentally published without organisation

Really sorry, I should know better as I’ve done this before, but I have accidentally published TaskManagerIO under davetcc instead of tcmenu. Please can you remove the duplicate TaskManagerIO version 1.5.2 that was published under davetcc.
