Platformio Espressif-IDF components of same versions are different from ESP-IDF components

Hi there,
when platformio in e.g. in version 6.4.0 is speaking of Updated ESP-IDF to v5.1.1 and when i compare that version what Espressif Systems is providing on Github are that different components. Why? Or where I’m wrong?

e.g. esp_gap_ble_api.h

Are you testing this in an actual framework = espidf project or framework = arduino project? The ESP-IDF update notice does not apply to Arduino projects.

In any case, this exactly matches the 5.1.1 tag.
