Package missing under FreeBSD

Hi,

I use platformio cli to compile arduino binary.

Before, I choose the board esp12e. it works well on FreeBSD 10.3.

But when I change the board to 1284p16m, it show the error.
I list them below.

% platformio run
[Wed Nov 23 14:01:26 2016] Processing 1284p16m (platform: atmelavr, board: 1284p16m, framework: arduino)

PackageManager: Installing toolchain-atmelavr @ ~1.40902.0
Error: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement ‘~1.40902.0’ for your system ‘freebsd_amd64’

any suggestion ?
