No monitor tab in terminal window

Hi All,

after a uninstall, a manually delete of .platformIO folder and a install of PlatformIO in vscode, there is no monitor tab in the terminal window anymore…
what’s wrong? some configs wrong?

Help would be really nice, many thanks.

So there’s also no project task → Monitor?

A Projekt Task “Monitor” is there.
I installed now the extension " serial monitor" from MS. That makes the thing… Now the tab is there like it was before.
Sorry to ask here…
