No build option for ESP-Arduino project

I don’t get any build options in VSC for my ESP-arduino project. This project has been working with pio for more than a year.

Since it last worked I have been working on one esp-idf project, and one desktop project in VSC. Could they have interfered?

Does it get better when you deactivate ESP-IDF + Cmake extensions for your current workspace?
