Hi I would suggest you look at the bb_spi_lcd library as that covers a lot of displays and processors. It is a far more capable library than TFT_eSPI and includes more boards. I would also suggest you ask your question on the Blough discord channel. That Discord channel does focus mainly on the CYD variants but there are a lot of knowledgeable people on there who may be able to help you.
