Move Luos and Robus library to their official location

Hi, we open sourced our Luos and Robus lib resulting in a repository change.

Is it possible for you to move both library.json to their new repo ?

Luos :

• OLD : https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Luos-io/Pre_luos/master/library.json
• NEW : https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Luos-io/Luos/master/library.json

Robus :

• OLD : https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Luos-io/Pre_robus/master/library.json
• NEW : https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Luos-io/Robus/master/library.json

We plan to remove pre-* repo.

@ivankravets I think manual cleanup is required here for library un- and re-registration.
