ARM has announced that mbed will hit End of Life July 2026.
Obviously this will affect many platforms, some of which do not have an alternative implementation, but some do. For example, the Arduino implementation on the RP2040 (for which I’ve raised an issue to discuss this).
Arduino has yet to respond to anyone about this.
Mbed-TLS is not affected by this announcement (yet?) as it is in LTS.
