Library Package Manager

Hi guys,

I think it will be awesome if we have a library package manager for arduino/platformio.
Example Arduino Library Manager or Platformio Library Manager -> alm or plm
Like npm for nodejs.

I wish we can develop a tool like this. It’s just my idea.
Hope our community think about this idea.

ZIP already existed for the Arduino IDE a long time again. In PIO we have the library manager which in turn uses online repositories to download the source code.
