It's hard to connect the platformio home page

Hi, when I want to create a new (stm32|arduino|mbed) project, the drop-down menu used to select the board and framwork in the platformio home page is spinning all the time.

It seems that the network bandwidth is low.

Does it really need to connect the internet when creating new project through the platformio home page?

The first time, need to connect the internet. After that, doesn’t need when creating the similar project.
