Same here… I’ve had Python (and Jupyter) installed for a few months now, and doesn’t seem to have upset PlatformIO… there was some initially teething issues when I was working with some python code and venvs, and it seemed from the GUI that PlatformIO was running in the Python venv, but it still worked fine even then. Maybe its something to do with the order they are installed… I suppose in a pinch the extensions can be disabled at the workspace level.
I now believe it was my platformio IDE settings you told me to check. They didn’t match what your screen capture showed so I changed my settings to match. I reinstalled Python and Jupyter and everything seems to be running fine. Thanks so much for all the help. Very much appreciated.
