Is the downgrade important? - platformio 6.6.0 is ESP IDF v5.2.1 ; platformio 6.7.0 is v5.1.2

As reported on the two releases pages with no explanation as to the downgrade from 5.2.1 to 5.1.2

Hi @parmstrong

Have you checked that it really is a downgrade?

When I compile an ESP-IDF project I see the following output:

Processing esp32-s3-devkitc-1 (platform: espressif32 @ 6.7.0; board: esp32-s3-devkitc-1; framework: espidf)

Note the versions used:
PLATFORM: Espressif 32 (6.7.0)
framework-espidf @ 3.50201.0 (5.2.1)

Therefore, I rather suspect a typo in the release note
