I can open connect to my PIO Plus account via VSCode but not via Support platform

Hi,

I can open connect to my PIO Plus account via VSCode but not via Support platform while I have a PIOPlus account with 21 days trial. I’ve sent an e-mail to ‘contact@pioplus.com’ and I still have no answer. Please see the email because there is my private ID.

NB: I"ve already asked this question on github, but you answered only to one of the two questions I asked, (the other question was about Community account)

This is a right place to chat with the community. PIO Plus Premium support requires additional subscription.
