How to open a workspace in PIO

I am hoping to be able to open a workspspace which has two projects in it. I don’t want to mess things up.

When I go to Open PlatformIO Project, I can see the workspace, but it’s not selectable - image below. Should I just open it in VScode? Is that the right thing to do in the PIO context?

Each PlatformIO project is one workspace. You have to open them separately, but they will live in the same VSCode window.
