How to insert a file into the src folder

I copy the file, right-click open the src folder - “paste” is inactive. Win10, VS Code latest version - downloaded yesterday. Help.

Yes, it’s really VS Code’s fault, I opened a folder in it, but I can’t insert the file. Thanks for the tip

do it in your file browser, not vscode. Just put the put there and VS code will see it immediately.

As far as I know, you cant copy & paste whole files into vscode, not as files.
