I have few Wemos D1 Mini ESP8266 modules. I it is not among the supported PIO modules. I am almost sure that this board is fairly generic, yet I am not sure which of available alternatives would suite it best??
So best take the WeMos D1 mini module.

And yeah the ESP8266 boards are very alike with only differences being flash or GPIO mapping (LEDs etc).

Hi,
I just found the same. I don’t how I’ve missed it ( not once but twice). I am fresh on PIO (since this morning) and still a bit disoriented.
