Framework-arduinoespressif32 not up to date

Hi there,

I am having some issues due to framework-arduinoespressif32 being out of date.

When I run pio update I get the following:
Updating framework-arduinoespressif32 @ 1.1.4 [Up-to-date]

However, when the files inside C:\Users\[USER]\.platformio\packages\framework-arduinoespressif32 are examined, they are not up to date as the repository in https://github.com/espressif/arduino-esp32.

Is there any way to update it locally?

For reference purposes I am using PlatformIO, version 3.4.1a1 with VS code.
