‘Format’ no longer works. Using ‘Format with’ results with two ‘C++ defaults’. If I select the second ‘C++ default’ it will format, but I can’t configure it to use that default as ‘the’ default. Therefore using ‘format’ does not work and I have to continue using ‘Format with’ and select the ‘second’ default in the list.
This isn’t a PlatformIO bug… this is related to the VSCode C/C++ extension, and I have the exact same issue here… I have between two and five entries for the stupid thing at times. I suspect it’s playing a game of cat and mouse when you chose the default and shuffling the list… Try doing format with, pick the second one, and then when setting the default, pick the first one.
