For error "nrf Connect for Desktop v3.9"

I’m going to download from nrf52840 using j-link.
However, there is an error that recognizes well in “SEGGER”, but does not recognize in “nrf connect for desktop”.
Error Windows

Cannot connect to target.

Well the Segger JLink software can’t connect either, so it’s the same with the “nRF Programmer” application.

Double check all connections between the JLink and the target nRF chip – SWDIO, SWCLK, GND, VTARGET → 3.3V, that the target is powered, that it’s not held in RESET, etc.

Otherwise ask at the nRF or segger forums – not sure how this is related to PlatformIO.

I succeeded in connecting to the target with jlink.

The second last line says Cannot connect to target.

I made a wrong decision. ^^;
