Erratic Debug Stall Forever for Window 10

I need help. I have been having problem with Platform IO Debug Mode for Window 10.

Sometimes the debug mode works just as expected. But, today it usually gets stuck and is unable to reach the first break point.

It is a very simple code for blinking the led. It is supposed to stop at the setup().

Just got some new strange errors repeatedly. I have never had these errors before. I hope it will help find the root cause.

I want to give you an update. It is working again with the same equipment and same VS Code/Platform IO. It is a mystery!

Right now, I make sure that my firmware does not drive those JTAG port pins and create bus contention. I will always upload the right firmware first before I connect the debugger hardware.
