Does platformio support debugging the RP2040 using a BlackMagicProbe (BMP)?

I see listed on the BMP website that it supports PlatformIO, and it supports the RP2040 as a target.

The PlatformIO website shows support for the BMP, but not as a debugger for the RP2040.

What’s going on here?
