Thank you for providing this debugging information, I have the same problem as you, and finally solved them according to your prompts.
By the way, in my case, click the “Downgrade WCID Drive” is wrong:
the right way is click on the downward triangle symbol, and select the “install driver”, then the button changes to “Replace Driver”, click the button, the winusb10.0 changes to winusb6.1.
