Create an Operation Amplifier Circuit to adjust the Voltage range for the AnIn @ Arduino DUE

Hello,
I have to design an Operation Amplifier Circuit to adjust the Voltage range from a range of [-10V; +10V] to [0V; 3.3V] so that the Analog Input of my Arduino DUE can work in this range of Voltage.
My first idea would be an Instrumentation amplifier with a gain of G = 1/6 and an Offset Voltage of 10V.
As I’m quite new to this topic, I wanted to ask if there are special things that I should be aware of or should consider? Furthermore, an integrated Operation Amplifier won’t be an option, because the gain is only G = 1/6.
