Change repository for webthing-arduino library

Mozilla WebThings has been spun out into webthings.io, so the GitHub organization has changed from mozilla-iot to WebThingsIO.

I’ve changed the library.json file to match the new contact info and repository URL, but PlatformIO hasn’t picked up the new release. Could somebody please help?
