In the first time creating a project, I waited forever but didn’t finish creating a project even though I updated to the latest software, I waited about 2 hours but was still not done
Please show me how to fix it…

I’d just recommend to restart VSCode and try it again.
If it’s still stuck, create the project on the commandline to see what’s going on, per pio init -b <board> and pio run.
