Can't access account / register account

Whenever I go to register an account it says the Email is already registered. I then go to reset my password but never receive an email (yes, I checked my spam folder).

I never created an account, or a password, but I did purchase a individual professional license about an hour ago… I’m thinking this is causing the mess up because I got added to some database but not another maybe? Is there anyway this could be reset manually?
