Hi all
I can’t upload some firmware neither to ttgoV21 nor to ttgobeam!
Last year with an old version of platformio it worked perfect!
The error message: A fatal error occurred: Failed to connect to ESP32: Timed out waiting for packet header.
It seems to have no connection to these boards! Where is my fault?

Does uploading work in the Arduino IDE?
Thx for your fast response. At the moment skiing in the alps. I haven’t any application in arduino for the ttgotbeam hardware. Any idea? Many greetings harry
