Auto Upload on ESP32

Hi,
I have 2 PC with VSCode and PlatformIO plugin installed on version Core 4.3.1 Home 3.1.1, and Platform Espressif 32 versione 1.12.0 on both PC. Same version of VSCode.

When I compile a Sketch with an ESP32 board connected, on one PC it Upload automatically to board, on the other PC connection to ESP Board time out, and to make it work i need to press a button on WSP32 Board.

How can make Automatica Upload working also on second PC?

For who have this issue, I have updated Windows Driver of Serial Adapter.
