Arduino header file problem

I have update PIO 4.0 and VS code 1.36.1，also install Arduino IDE 1.8.9. My board is mega2560 .When I open open a empty new project，it can’t work，show me as follows！How I fixed it？？？

Try to build the code, and see if it goes away once it’s had a chance to compile and make sure any required dependencies are installed.
