Annoying message with new workspace

VSC 1.38.1 macOS Catalina beta
Every time when I create a new window (File > New Window), open a project with the explorer and start compiling, I get following message:

I get this also every now and then on Linux, and IIRC it is when opening a project outside of a workspace (so effectively a new workspace) or if setting up a new multi-root project workspace.

Nice… so just need to change the option in the mean time
