Hi all

I’m trying to create an account using the cli - platformio account register -u= followed by my email address. I get a notification that an email was sent but have not yet received it, I created the account last night. Today I tried then following platformio account forgot -u=. But this did not work either.

If I try to re-register I’m informed that the account already exits.

Is there some other way to create an account?

Could you check “spam” folder?

I did check my spam folder and there were no emails.

I tried the whole process again with the following results

But still no email after 30min.

I resolved the issue by using the windows console and a different email account. Not sure if the issue is with Cmder or not.
