Access to user API for mobile forum application

Hi,
I’d like to read the forum post on phone/tablet, and since it is Discourse (forum software) based I like to use the Discourse app.
When I do, it seems that I lack the access right to do so:

Authorize application access
Sorry, you do not have the required trust level to access the user API

Is it possible for the admins to enable access from the app?

Very few things arrange themselves, let’s be grateful.
It’s probably related to getting your first badge, it unlocks the API access.
I was new to the community.
