Been a software engineer for 30 years now. Worked in the following industries - Robotics, Metrology, Telecoms, Embedded, SSDs, Video Games and plenty of others.
My programming languages C, C++, Java, C#, Python, Arm assembly.
Embedded experiences includes various micro controller, CPUs. Most recent experience is 5 years with Intel SSD controllers, mainly writing firmware and HAL.
At home I spend a lot of time messing about, most of the time not getting anywhere, but I have a decent Robot running on 5 Pi 3s, using 0mq running various AI modules pocket sphinx void recog, my own navigation, OpenCV object and face recognition, google assistant.
