Where is the global list of projects maintained?

Hello:

I have started a number of projects in PlatformIO and when I go to PIO home→Projects I only see the two latest projects on which I have worked.

This is also an issue when I go to add a library. At some point it asks me which project to add the library, and only those two show up.

All the other projects (that are still on my disk and still OK) do not show up.

Where is that list of projects I have created kept? How can I modify it?

Further, when I go to PIO home → Projects, then click add a project, I follow the directories and click “Open “folder name” nothing happens.
