Thank you so much that provided debug session! The issue is already fixed in the latest release of our IDE. If someone has this issue: Please navigate to Windows > Control Center > Programs and remove all installed Pythons Remove C:|Users\***\.platformio folder Restart IDE.

I also get this error every time I launch Atom.
I’ve tried everything I can find online to fix this and nothing has worked.
I’ve been getting this error for about a month.
