Unregister the following libraries please

I renamed the following repositories in GitHub with libraries for PlarformIO:

• MyTimer → BroTimer (GitHub - ppetrov-dev/BroTimer: Useful Arduino Library for creating C# style timers)
• MyRotaryEncoder → BroRotaryEncoder (GitHub - ppetrov-dev/BroRotaryEncoder: Useful Arduino Library to use rotary encoders in C# style)
• MyConverters → BroConverters (github (dot) com/ppetrov-dev/BroConverters)

Remove old names from Library Manager, please.
