The version of framework-arduinointel included with PlatformIO is out-of-date

Trying to use the CurieBLE library included with the arduinointel framework for an Arduino 101, however, the included CurieBLE library is out-of-date (v1.0) and causing problems with my device. The latest built-in version included with the Arduino IDE is v2.0.0 from Lianggao.
